What You'll Do:

Diagnose roofing issues and complete repairs Communicate directly with customers Train and lead repair specialists Ensure jobsite safety and quality work Work with multiple roofing systems (TPO, shingle, metal, and more)

What You Need:

5+ years of construction or roofing experience Valid driver's license with clean record Comfortable working at heights and outdoors Strong communication and leadership skills
