We are looking for experienced roofing professionals who know how to properly tear off, install, repair, and complete residential roofing systems. Responsibilities Residential roof tear-offs Asphalt shingle installation Roof replacement and repair Install underlayment, ice & water shield and flashing Proper installation around chimneys, valleys, vents and roof penetrations Replace damaged roof decking when necessary Install ridge vents and ventilation systems Maintain clean and organized job sites Perform final job-site cleanup Follow manufacturer installation specifications Follow company safety procedures Maintain professional workmanship on every project Qualifications Previous 3 Years of roofing installation experience strongly preferred Knowledge of residential asphalt shingle roofing systems Comfortable working on ladders and roofs Able to safely perform physically demanding roofing work Dependable and able to arrive at job sites on time Strong attention to detail Ability to work as part of a roofing crew Must take pride in quality workmanship Experience with siding, gutters, fascia, soffit, flashing, and other exterior construction is a plus.
