JOB DETAILS
This facility is seeking a Vascular Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule:
Weekday 8am - 5pm, some night call, weekend call
•
Practice Setting:
Outpatient
•
Types of Cases:
Standard vascular surgery cases
•
Credentialing Timeframe:
60 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
•
Certifications Required:
Must be board certified or truly board eligible
•
Licensure Required:
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Active Illinois state license
