Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

POTENTIAL INCOME

$150,000-$200,000 Automotive Dealership | Full-Time A busy automotive dealership is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to join our team. We are looking for a motivated, ethical professional who can deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing finance and product opportunities. Responsibilities Present financing, leasing, warranties, and aftermarket products to customers. Work with lenders to secure competitive rates and financing programs. Structure and process finance and lease deals accurately. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial partners. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth F&I process. Train sales staff on finance, lease, and protection programs. Maintain department profitability and customer satisfaction. Qualifications F&I experience strongly preferred. 2+ years automotive sales experience preferred. 1+ year dealership management experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills. Strong understanding of automotive finance and leasing. High level of integrity and professionalism. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
