In this role, you will be responsible for installing various types of siding, including vinyl, fiber cement, and metal, while also performing a range of carpentry tasks such as framing, drywall installation, trim work, and remodeling projects. Duties Install different siding materials accurately according to project specifications. Perform framing, drywall installation, caulking, trim carpentry, and masonry work as needed for remodeling or restoration projects Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and secure building materials Conduct roofing repairs including metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, and general roofing maintenance Follow all construction safety regulations including the proper use of safety harnesses, ladders, and heavy lifting techniques Adhere strictly to safety protocols on-site to maintain a safe working environment for all team members Participate in outdoor work environments requiring physical stamina and heavy lifting capabilities Support the installation of exterior finishes such as tile laying or other exterior restoration tasks when necessary Experience Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and proper use of safety harnesses and ladders Skilled in using hand tools and power tools.
