While roofing is at the core of what we do, this position involves much more than installing shingles. What You'll Work On Our team members have the opportunity to develop skills across multiple areas of exterior construction, including: Residential and commercial roofing Metal, shingle, & specialty roofing systems Siding, soffit, and fascia Windows and doors Gutters and exterior components Roof repairs and maintenance Flashing and custom sheet-metal work Use of specialized roofing and construction equipment No two projects are exactly the same. One project may involve installing a roofing system while another may involve custom metal fabrication, siding, windows, exterior repairs, or specialty roofing components. Experience Construction experience is preferred, but we're interested in more than what's written on your résumé. Candidates with experience in roofing, carpentry, remodeling, siding, windows, metal fabrication, general construction, equipment operation, or another hands-on trade are encouraged to apply. Two or more years of construction or skilled-trades experience is preferred , and previous roofing experience is preferred , but neither is required for the right individual. We're Looking for

Enjoys working with their hands and building things Is mechanically inclined Is comfortable working safely at heights Ability to use company technology, including apps and CRM software, as part of daily field operations. Can safely use or learn to use hand and power tools Sheet metal break experience Shows up consistently and is ready to work Can work independently and as part of a crew Is willing to learn new equipment, systems, and techniques Communicates well with coworkers and supervisors Takes pride in the quality of their finished work Experience with lifts, forklifts, bucket trucks, trailers, sheet metal break, or construction machinery is a plus.
