Reporting to our Director, this full-time role involves: Leading, guiding, and supporting a dedicated team to ensure the provision of high-quality early childhood education and care. Implementing and upholding the center's philosophy in all aspects of your role and daily responsibilities. Incorporating contemporary, research-based practices into teaching methodologies. Ensuring compliance with Workplace Health and Safety, as well as Privacy and Confidentiality protocols. Offering support and assistance to the Director and Approved Provider/Management Committee. Qualifications Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field Experience working with children Proficient in classroom management and curriculum development Familiarity with speech therapy and early intervention strategies Ability to work collaboratively with families and other professionals
