Our team installs and services complete roofing and exterior systems for residential and commercial clients throughout the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and Northern Wisconsin. The Position This is a hands-on construction position involving roofing, exterior installation, repair, and equipment operation. Depending on your skills and experience, your work may include: Residential and commercial roofing installation Shingle and metal roofing systems Exterior siding systems Soffit and fascia Windows and doors Gutter systems Roof repairs and preventative maintenance Flashing and roof penetrations Operation of construction vehicles, trailers, lifts, and equipment This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, learning different systems, and seeing a finished product at the end of the day. Qualifications Two or more years of construction or skilled-trades experience preferred Roofing experience preferred Experience with exterior construction, carpentry, remodeling, sheet metal, siding, windows, or similar trades is a plus Ability to use company technology, including apps and CRM software, as part of daily field operations. Sheet metal break experience Ability to safely work at heights Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability and willingness to learn specialized tools and equipment Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to communicate and work effectively with a team Self-motivated and able to take ownership of assigned work Attention to detail and pride in workmanship Previous experience operating forklifts, lifts, bucket trucks, dump trucks, trailers, sheet-metal brakes, or similar machinery is beneficial but not required.
