KTM Exteriors & Recycling LLC is looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Supervisor to lead our crews and deliver top-quality results on every project. Responsibilities:

Supervise and direct commercial roofing crews on job sites to ensure safe and efficient project execution Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, and flat roofs Conduct site inspections and quality control checks throughout all phases of roofing projects Coordinate daily workflow, crew scheduling, and material logistics to keep projects on time and on budget Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols on all job sites Communicate project updates, timelines, and issues to management and clients Train, mentor, and evaluate roofing crew members to maintain high performance standards

Requirements:

5+ years of commercial roofing experience with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role Proficiency with commercial roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, or built-up roofing Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and fall protection requirements Proven ability to lead crews, manage job sites, and meet project deadlines Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred Strong communication skills and a team-first, solutions-oriented attitude
