You will play a key role in delivering high-quality results while learning valuable skills and helping create outdoor spaces that enhance our customers' properties. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of patios, retaining walls, walkways, steps, fire features, drainage systems, and other hardscape projects Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently Assist with site preparation, excavation, grading, and material installation Follow project plans, specifications, and crew leader instructions Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production goals Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe Load, unload, and care for tools, equipment, and materials Communicate effectively with crew members and leadership Follow all company safety policies and procedures Represent Donas Outdoor Living professionally on every jobsite What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Dependable and punctual Ability to lift and move construction materials regularly Strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively as part of a team Previous hardscape, landscape, construction, or excavation experience is preferred but not required Valid driver's license preferred Must be able to pass a drug test Our Culture At Donas Outdoor Living, every employee matters.
