You will be responsible for setting the pace, maintaining quality standards, operating equipment, communicating with customers, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably. With a focus on enhancing the appearance and value of our customers' properties, you will bring craftsmanship, leadership, and attention to detail to every project. Responsibilities Lead crews in the installation of patios, retaining walls, walkways, steps, fire features, drainage systems, and other outdoor living projects Set a positive, productive pace and lead by example Clearly communicate job expectations and daily goals to crew members Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company quality standards Take ownership of the final quality and presentation of every project Run projects independently with minimal supervision Safely operate excavation and construction equipment Manage jobsite organization, cleanliness, and safety Monitor labor hours and production goals Provide feedback to improve estimating, production, and installation processes Exceed customer expectations through quality workmanship and professionalism Maintain proactive communication with customers, management, and support staff Educate homeowners throughout the construction process and serve as the primary onsite point of contact Support and develop crew members through coaching and training Collaborate with sales, project management, and leadership teams to improve systems and best practices What We're Looking For Previous hardscape construction experience required Leadership or crew management experience preferred Experience operating skid steers, excavators, and compact equipment Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to read plans and execute projects accurately Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction Valid driver's license required (CDL is a plus) Must be able to pass a drug test Our Culture At Donas Outdoor Living, every employee matters.
