Responsibilities Install new roofing systems using various materials such as asphalt, metal, or membrane roofing with precision and attention to detail Repair and replace damaged or aging roofs to extend their lifespan and maintain building integrity Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for roofing installation and repairs Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications Collaborate with team members, project managers, and clients to coordinate schedules and deliver quality results Skills Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes for roofing projects Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and fabrication equipment Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to roofing systems Skilled in working with various construction materials including concrete forming, stucco, masonry, metal studs, framing, and tile laying Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on construction sites Familiarity with restoration techniques and remodeling processes for commercial buildings Hands-on experience with welding, plumbing integration, caulking, trim carpentry, drywall finishing (including metal stud framing), and masonry work Knowledge of safety protocols related to roofing operations such as fall protection and hazard awareness Previous construction site experience with an emphasis on roofing projects is highly desirable Join our team if you're passionate about delivering top-tier commercial roofing solutions!
