Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced residential roofing subcontractor to join our preferred trade partner network. We are a growing residential remodeling contractor serving Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, and Chester Counties. Our focus is quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and delivering an exceptional experience for homeowners. We're looking for a professional roofing crew that takes pride in their work and wants to build a long-term relationship—not just complete one-off jobs. Scope of Work Projects include residential asphalt shingle roof replacements and related exterior work, including: Complete roof tear-offs Architectural asphalt shingle installation Ice & water barrier Synthetic underlayment Ridge vent systems Drip edge Flashing replacement Pipe boots Chimney flashing Minor roof deck repairs (as needed) Site cleanup and magnetic nail sweep At this time, we are not seeking crews specializing in: Metal roofing Slate roofing Cedar shake roofing Flat/commercial roofing systems What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of residential roofing experience Own crew, tools, and transportation Valid General Liability Insurance Workers' Compensation Insurance Ability to pull permits when required (or work with Arch Street Builders during permitting) Strong attention to detail Professional appearance and communication Reliable scheduling and responsiveness Commitment to clean, organized job sites Preferred Qualifications Experience with Owens Corning, GAF, CertainTeed, or similar architectural shingle systems Ability to identify and communicate hidden damage before proceeding Willingness to photograph completed work for project documentation Ability to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high quality standards What We Provide Consistent residential work Accurate scopes of work Material ordering and coordination (as applicable) Single point of contact throughout each project Organized scheduling Fast communication Prompt payment Long-term partnership opportunities Service Area Bucks County, Montgomery County, Delaware County, Chester County, Lehigh County To Apply Please include: Company name Years in business Areas you service Insurance information Number of crew members Photos of recent projects References (preferred)
