•32+/hr DOE About the Role

•Seeking Certified Lead welder, Skilled Carpenters and Operators. We are expanding our marine construction crews and are actively seeking multifaceted motivated individuals at any experience level. If you have a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and pride in quality craftsmanship, we will train the right people from the ground up. Our projects include docks, piers, seawalls, boat lifts, bulkheads, marinas, and waterfront structures. You will execute hands-on construction tasks across multiple trades in a dynamic outdoor environment. No marine-specific experience required — we provide comprehensive on-the-job training, safety certifications, and mentorship. Key Responsibilities Perform general construction tasks on marine and waterfront projects Operate and assist with heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers, barges) Framing, formwork, and structural carpentry for docks and pilings Roofing and weatherproofing on marine structures Masonry, concrete placement, and seawall construction Welding and metal fabrication Finishing work including painting, sealing, and aesthetic detailing Work safely on water, boats, and elevated structures. Load/unload materials, maintain clean job sites, and assist crew leads as needed Travel to project sites as required (All local) Qualifications (We Train the Right Attitude) No prior experience necessary — we hire for potential and train for success Preferred but not required: Any background in construction, welding, equipment operation, carpentry, or mechanical work Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, rain, sun) Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs, climbing ladders, and working at heights Strong safety awareness and team-player mindset Willingness to obtain certifications (we pay for them)
