Job Description
Roofing Repair Technician SlopePro Roofing is looking for a dependable, motivated Roofing Repair Technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time, year-round position with excellent opportunities for advancement as our company continues to grow throughout Hampton Roads. Responsibilities Perform residential and light commercial roof repairs. Repair and replace fascia, soffit, and siding. Assist with roof replacement projects, including supervising and supporting crews when needed. Load, deliver, and pick up roofing materials, tools, and equipment. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site. Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications A minimum of two years of experience performing roofing repairs and exterior carpentry is required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must own and be willing to use basic tools required to perform roofing repair work. Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work safely on ladders and roofs. Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. OSHA 10 certification preferred. Candidates who are not currently certified must obtain OSHA 10 certification within six months of employment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
