Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks in apartments and common areas, including: Demolition due to water, fire damange Carpentry (e.g., door repairs, cabinetry fixes) Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations Communicate effectively with residents, coworkers, and property management

Qualifications:

2+ years of demolition, general carpentry and remodeling commercial, or multifamily housing preferred Basic tool belt Reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various conditions This position may involve access to occupied residential units.
