Job Description Responsibilities System Installation & Configuration:
Assemble and install rooftop PV panels, ensuring systems are configured to site specifications, weather-sealed, and prepared for grid connection.Electrical Assistance:
Support licensed electricians with wiring, electrical connections, and integrating panels into the property's main system.Quality Assurance & Safety:
Maintain strict compliance with safety guidelines, company policies, and quality standards to protect crew members and property integrity.Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Perform routine system maintenance, diagnostics, and operational checks as needed.Site Operations & Weather Resilience:
Perform installation tasks outdoors across all weather conditions, unless environmental conditions pose an active safety hazard. Work in varying site environments, including rooftops, attics, and crawl spaces.
