$70,000 - $100,000 per year About Us Limitless Electric LLC is a growing electrical contracting company specializing in residential electrical services and solar installations. We take pride in quality workmanship and building long-term relationships with our clients. Job Description We are seeking experienced solar roof installers to join our team as 1099 independent contractors. Pay is per project based on system size, roof type, and scope. This position requires out-of-state travel in stretches of 3 weeks or more at a time. Housing is covered and per diem is paid. Responsibilities Install rooftop racking, flashing, and mounting hardware on comp shingle, tile, metal, and flat roofs Set and secure Qcells modules to spec and per manufacturer requirements Install and wire Enphase microinverters and SolarEdge optimizers, and run conduit and whips to the inverter location Weatherproof and flash all roof penetrations to pass inspection Verify layout against the approved plan set before cutting Complete torque checks, labeling, and as-built documentation Work safely at height with 100% fall protection Travel to out-of-state project locations as required Requirements Minimum 2 years of rooftop solar installation experience Working knowledge of racking systems (IronRidge, Unirac, SnapNRack, or similar) Hands-on experience with Qcells modules, Enphase microinverters, and SolarEdge optimizers and inverters Ability to read and follow a plan set and single-line diagram Comfortable working at heights in all weather conditions Own vehicle and tools Valid driver's license Willingness to travel out of state for 3+ weeks at a time Must be able to work as a 1099 independent contractor Preferred Qualifications NABCEP certification Enphase or SolarEdge installer certification OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Electrical license or apprenticeship hours Battery storage experience Compensation $70,000 - $100,000 per year based on installation volume Paid weekly, every Friday for the completed work week Per diem for out-of-state travel Housing and lodging covered How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief summary of your solar installation experience.
