In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality epoxy terrazzo flooring systems that enhance the aesthetic and durability of commercial and residential spaces. Your expertise will contribute to creating beautiful, long-lasting surfaces that meet client specifications and industry standards. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and leveling floors to ensure optimal adhesion for terrazzo installation Mix and apply epoxy resin compounds accurately according to project specifications and schematics Lay terrazzo tiles and aggregate materials precisely, ensuring consistent thickness and pattern alignment Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and finish flooring materials with precision Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to follow detailed installation instructions Perform restoration work including water damage repair, floor care, and surface buffing as needed Install fixtures, trim carpentry elements, caulking, and cabinetry that complement the flooring project Requirements Proven experience in flooring installation, especially epoxy terrazzo or similar materials Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, concrete finishing, remodeling, and construction site safety protocols Experience in tile laying, caulking, fixture installation, cabinet installation, and water damage restoration industry is preferred Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately for precise installation work Hands-on experience with floor care techniques such as buffing and polishing terrazzo surfaces Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in restoration projects or renovation work Join our team today to bring innovative flooring solutions to life!
