This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing and construction environment, transforming raw materials into beautiful, high-quality granite surfaces. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for fabricating custom granite pieces and expertly installing them in residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will help ensure our projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship. Duties Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, routers, grinders, and machining tools to cut, shape, and polish granite slabs according to project specifications Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures materials safely using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including respiratory protection and heavy lifting techniques Use hand tools and power tools skillfully for assembly, finishing, and installation tasks Safely operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and heavy equipment to move large granite slabs within the warehouse or job site Follow strict safety standards and regulations during all phases of fabrication and installation to prevent accidents or injuries Install fabricated granite surfaces securely in various environments, ensuring proper alignment, sealing, and finishing touches Maintain a clean work environment by handling materials properly and adhering to safety protocols in manufacturing or construction settings Experience Prior experience in fabrication or manufacturing environments involving materials handling, machining, or millwork is highly desirable Construction experience with knowledge of building codes, safety standards in production, and materials installation techniques preferred Familiarity with heavy equipment operation such as forklifts is a plus Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, hand tools, welding, or machining enhances your ability to excel in this role Warehouse experience demonstrating safe handling of large materials and inventory management is beneficial Ability to perform precise dimensional measurements and interpret technical drawings or specifications required for quality fabrication Strong understanding of safety regulations including PPE use, respiratory protection, heavy lifting procedures, and general workplace safety standards Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to craftsmanship excellence!
