In this energetic role, you will assist with the installation of cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile in showers, tub surrounds, granite and quartz fabrication, sheetrock, painting, and other duties they may need your assistance, ensuring each project meets high standards of quality and precision. Whether you're hands-on with tools or supporting the installation process, your contribution will help deliver exceptional results to our clients. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of cabinets, countertops, walk-in-showers, tub surrounds, flooring, tile, and other projects. Handle all materials carefully, ensuring proper transportation and placement during installation Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to cut, measure, and assemble components Be supportive in tasks such as drywall installation, trim work, caulking, countertop installation, cabinet assembly, and other tasks. Measure dimensions precisely for quality control and ensure all installations meet specified measurements Maintain a clean and organized work site at all times. May need to pick up and deliver materials when needed. Requirements Prior construction site experience or handyman background preferred; experience in remodeling is a plus Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and fabrication equipment Knowledge of cabinets, countertops, painting, sheetrock, flooring, and tile work is a plus Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately for quality assurance purposes Strong physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work on scaffolding or ladders safely when needed. English and Spanish speaking is a major plus Valid Driver's License is required Reliable Transportation is required Being Punctual and on time everyday when scheduled is a must We will train Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills.
