This paid apprenticeship offers an exciting opportunity to learn the trade of chimney and masonry work while gaining hands-on experience in construction and restoration projects. As an apprentice, you will develop essential skills in masonry, building material installation, safety protocols, and technical interpretation under the guidance of experienced technicians. What You'll Do As a Repair Technician / Installer, you'll: Perform chimney and fireplace repairs, installations, and maintenance with attention to detail and safety. Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and safety equipment daily. Troubleshoot problems and come up with solutions that meet our high standards and customer expectations. Keep job sites clean, organized, and respectful of customers' homes. Work independently and as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently. Document work completed with notes and photos using mobile software. What We're Looking For Construction, carpentry, masonry, roofing, HVAC, or similar hands-on trade experience (preferred, but not required). Physically fit and comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, and outdoors in all weather conditions. Must carry valid personal auto insurance and maintain an insurable driving record. Strong problem-solving mindset, reliability, and pride in craftsmanship.
