Asleep Overnight Assisted Living Aide

New Challenges, Inc. provides services to adults with disabilities, mental health diagnoses and brain injuries in residential settings in the west and south metro area. NCI is currently hiring for a full time Asleep Overnight Assisted Living Aide's at one of our 9 person sites located in Hastings, MN. Available shift is 7 days on 7 days off, Thursday to Thursday. Hours will be 10pm-7am. Asleep hours will be 10pm-5am, awake hours will be 5am-7am. Asleep rate will be $12.15/hr and awake will be $23.00/hr. Duties include but are not limited to; ADL'S Medication administration Transportation Documentation Meal Prep Activities Hygiene assistance All applicants must have a valid driver's license, have a high school diploma, a vehicle to use while on duty, pass standards for driving history and meet criteria for a DHS background study.
