Pay Rate:
$ 18•$20/hr Adecco is working with a local manufacturer who is looking for Assemblers. The Assembler is responsible for performing a variety of mechanical and bench assembly operations to build both large and smallponents according to detailed specifications and quality standards. This role plays an important part in supporting manufacturing operations by ensuring products are assembled accurately, safely, and efficiently. What You'll Do Assemble, rework, and inspect finished products andponents in a manufacturing environment. Utilize hand tools, power tools, fixtures, pneumatic equipment, and manual presses during assembly operations. Follow verbal and written work instructions, bills of materials, assembly drawings, blues, and established procedures. Use precision measuring instruments, gauges, and testing equipment to verify product quality and proper operation. Maintainanization and control of materials and supplies needed for production. Support continuous improvement efforts related to productivity, quality, and workplace safety. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of work areas and equipment. Follow allpany quality standards, safety procedures, and manufacturing guidelines. Maintain a clean, safe, andanized work environment. Collaborate with team members and work under the direction of supervisors and production leads. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions. Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strongmitment to safety and quality standards. Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks as needed. High school diploma or GED. Pay Details:
