Position Summary:

Adecco is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Injection Molding Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating molding equipment to produce high-quality molded parts while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards. The ideal candidate will befortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and capable of performing repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate injection molding machines to produce moldedponents according to specifications Operate blending equipment tobine raw material pellets as required Trim excess material from molded parts using hand tools such as an X-Acto knife Inspect finished products for surface defects, flaws, and overall quality Position and secure threaded cores and/or overmolds into molds Fill machine hoppers with raw materials as needed Maintain personal production and quality standards established by supervision Follow allpany safety policies and procedures Maintain a clean,anized, and safe work environment Work under the direction of department supervisors and/or team leaders with minimal supervision Support team production goals while also working independently

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and quality standards Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small parts

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift: 25-55 lbs occasionally 20-55 lbs frequently 10-25 lbs regularly Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods, up to 8-10 hours per day Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to climb ladders as needed Good visual acuity and manual dexterity required May be exposed to industrial cleaning chemicals and oils in a manufacturing environment How to If you are interested in this opportunity, please with your updated resume

Pay Details:
