50 can be flexible depending on experience + 15% shift differential Position Summary Adecco is assisting a local manufacturer in Milford who is looking for a Molding Machine Operator. This position is responsible for operating injection molding equipment to produce high-quality moldedponents in a manufacturing environment. This role supports daily production goals by ensuring products meet quality standards while maintaining a safe andanized workspace. Key Responsibilities Operate injection molding machines to manufacture molded parts according to production requirements. Operate blending equipment tobine raw materials and pellets for manufacturing processes. Trim excess material from finished products using hand tools such as an X-Acto knife. Inspect molded products for surface defects, imperfections, and overall quality. Position and secure threaded cores and overmoldponents into molds as required. Refill machine hoppers with raw materials to maintain continuous production. Follow established manufacturing processes, procedures, and safety guidelines. Maintain production and quality standards established by supervisors and team leads. Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean, safe, andanized. Work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing to a team-oriented environment. Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. One to three years of manufacturing or production experience preferred, or an equivalentbination of education and experience. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment and follow work instructions. Strong attention to detail andmitment to product quality. Good hand dexterity and visual acuity for handling and inspecting small parts. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including handling and placing smallponents. Ability to lift:
Occasionally:
25-55 lbs.
Frequently:
20-55 lbs.
Regularly:
10-25 lbs. Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods, up to 8-10 hours per shift. Ability to climb ladders when needed. Pay Details:
