You'll support daily operations, develop team members, and jump in wherever needed — including making sandwiches, prepping food, and helping on the line. Responsibilities Support daily operations and partner with the General Manager Make sandwiches & assist with food prep during rush periods Train and coach staff to maintain strong performance Ensure food quality & safety Manage schedules & staffing Handle inventory & ordering Oversee cash handling & POS Resolve guest concerns professionally and quickly Qualifications Restaurant management experience Hands‑on leadership Team supervision experience POS knowledge Food prep & safety skills Strong communication and a positive leadership style

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
