Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Team Lead for an opportunity at our White Pine Operation in Dixfield Maine. We are looking for a safety-oriented, energetic individual to help lead our Planer mill 2 nd shift operations team.

Supervise maintenance team of millwrights while working closely with other supervisors and managers. Meeting established production specifications, schedules and quality standards. Analyze production and operational trends to identify problems in order to recommend solutions to improve performance of machine centers. Assess employee performance and provide feedback to help reach planer mill KPI's Perform all other related tasks that will help drive the planer mill and overall success of the mill and drive employee performance and engagement.Years of Experience Preferred:
2+ years of relevant supervisory experience. A strong commitment to safety and an understanding to behavior-based safety programs. Understanding & Experience in Process Improvement is an asset. Demonstrated willingness to learn and career development. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Ability to multi-task in a multidisciplinary environment, with a high level of detail. Organizational, prioritizing and time management skills. Ability to work individually and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
