Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion Oversee day-to-day engagement operations, including staffing, risk assessment, fieldwork, and reporting Manage multiple client engagements while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met Collaborate with senior leadership to resolve technical accounting and regulatory issues Review work, provide mentorship to staff, and support team development Monitor engagement budgets and identify efficiencies Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional client service

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting CPA license required 5+ years of public accounting experience Experience auditing financial services clients Strong knowledge of US GAAP and audit methodologies Proven leadership, project management, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
