Security Officer Job Responsibilities:

Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property and access points. Investigates & reports security breaches, incidents, and other alarming or suspicious activity to the shift supervisor. Enforces all rules and regulations required to ensure a safe environment. Conduct crowd management to ensure orderly ingress and egress. Provide assistance and support to guests as needed. Collaborate effectively with other security team members and event staff. Respond promptly and appropriately to any security incidents or emergencies. Maintains the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements (All Candidates must apply online for potential hire!)

Security Officer Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 2+ years security experience required. Ability to work in high pedestrian traffic environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. Standing for extended periods and working outdoors in various weather conditions required. Shift durations are generally 14-16 hours, with occasional longer shifts depending on event. Willingness to adhere to all company policies and procedures. Successful candidates must be reliable, punctual, and committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Education and Experience Requirements:
