This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop hands-on skills in vehicle care, janitorial tasks, and customer service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist with vehicle movement within the shop, including parking, retrieval, and staging for service or delivery Perform cleaning duties such as vacuuming interiors, washing exteriors, and detailing vehicles to meet quality standards Conduct car washes using professional equipment and techniques to ensure a spotless finish Support window tinting procedures by preparing vehicles and assisting technicians as needed Maintain cleanliness of the shop area by sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and organizing tools and supplies Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering questions, and directing them appropriately Support custodial tasks such as restocking supplies and ensuring the workspace remains safe and tidy Requirements Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Basic understanding of vehicle cleaning processes including buffing, detailing, and window tinting is a plus Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for moving vehicles around the shop area Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a positive attitude Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with team members and customers Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shift Embark on a rewarding journey where your contributions directly impact customer satisfaction and shop efficiency.
