As a key team member, you'll assist with maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and preparing the bar area to keep operations running smoothly during busy nightclub, banquet, or hospitality events. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create an inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more! Duties Maintain a clean and organized bar area by regularly cleaning glassware, utensils, and work surfaces to uphold health and safety standards. Restock bar supplies including beverages, garnishes, glassware, and utensils to ensure the bar is fully equipped for service. Assist bartenders with food preparation tasks such as garnishing drinks or preparing simple snacks during events or busy nights. Support food service operations by bussing tables, clearing used dishes, and helping with catering setups when needed. Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions accurately when required and handle cash handling responsibly. Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations across all tasks involving food or beverages. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs, hotel banquets, or restaurant settings. Experience Previous experience in food industry roles such as barista, server, busser, or catering support is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS enhances efficiency in transaction processing. Experience working in nightclubs, banquet halls, hotels, or restaurant environments demonstrates adaptability and hospitality skills. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling protocols, and safety standards is essential for maintaining a hygienic workspace. Strong communication skills are necessary to coordinate effectively with team members and provide excellent customer service. Prior kitchen or food service experience helps in understanding the flow of operations during busy service periods.
