Competitive Hourly + Tips About the Role We are looking for a high-energy, versatile Bar Back / Busser to join the founding team of our brand-new restaurant, bar, and boutique wine shop. As a cornerstone of our daily operations, you will ensure the floor stays clean, the bar stays stocked, and the kitchen is supported during peak hours. Because we are a small, community-focused establishment, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to wear multiple hats—from polishing glassware to assisting with light food preparation.
Key Responsibilities Bar Support:
Maintain stock of ice, glassware, and the occasional garnish. Efficiently clear and polish glassware to keep the bar running smoothly.
Dining Room Flow:
Promptly clear and sanitize tables (bussing), reset seating areas, and manage compost/recycling/trash removal.

Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation, plating small bites, and ensuring orders are ready for service as needed.
Wine Shop Care:
Assist in stocking wine shelves and maintaining the organization of our retail shop area.
General Maintenance:
Perform opening and closing cleaning duties, including floor care, restroom checks, and surface sanitization to meet high health and safety standards.

Provide friendly, professional "concierge-style" service to our Issaquah neighbors, assisting with water service or directing guest inquiries to the Lead Bartender or Owners.
Qualifications Age Requirement:
Must be 21 years of age or older (due to wine shop and bar handling requirements).
Experience:
Previous experience in customer service or the food/beverage industry is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a great attitude.

Punctuality is essential, especially as we establish our roots in the local community. Why Join Us? Be part of a brand-new opening where your input helps shape the culture. A professional yet relaxed environment in a beautiful Issaquah location. Opportunities to learn about viticulture and craft cocktails from industry experts.
To Apply:
Please submit your resume and a brief note about why you'd be a great fit for a community-focused start-up.
Pay:
