Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair. Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide friendly, efficient service. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions smoothly and accurately. Handle cash, credit card payments, and food handling responsibilities with integrity and attention to detail. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the café area, including food preparation and serving areas. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality. Assist in stocking supplies, managing inventory levels, and organizing the café environment for optimal efficiency. Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in the food industry with strong coffee knowledge. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient sales processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks during peak hours seamlessly. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and proper food preparation techniques.
