Bartender

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic bartender to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a music venue bartender, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable. You will be responsible for serving beverages, while leaving a positive impression with our guests. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their concert experience. Take beverage/cocktail orders accurately using the POS system and ensure timely delivery. Upsell beverages and menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized. Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing recommendations. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred. Familiarity with fine dining standards and guest relations practices is a plus. Basic math skills are essential for processing orders accurately. Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques is beneficial. A passion for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
