Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will craft and serve beverages with precision and flair, ensuring every guest enjoys a top-tier experience. Your enthusiasm for hospitality, combined with your excellent customer service skills, will help create a lively and welcoming atmosphere at our resort's bar and lounge areas. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service to enhance their overall experience. Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and payments. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with food handling regulations, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff. Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and assist with catering or banquet events as needed. Uphold responsible serving practices by verifying guest IDs and monitoring alcohol consumption to promote safety. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights at the nightclub or restaurant. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightlife, or food service environments; banquet experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and sales transactions. Previous experience in hospitality settings such as nightclubs, catering events, or retail math proficiency is advantageous.
