Key Qualifications:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual who is committed to quality and teamwork. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage site tasks effectively. Ability to identify and manage parts and materials (e.g., elbow, fan housing, dryer box) Blueprint reading and scheduling skills Strong understanding of the HVAC project flow, from layout to trim Basic knowledge of airflow, fire-rated walls, and building code standards Attention to detail, ensuring storage and job sites are consistently organized and clean Familiarity with job site safety, PPE, and quality control practices Proficiency in reading measurements down to 1/16 of an inch Ownership of basic HVAC tools: gauges, vacuum, screwdrivers, rough tools, crimper, snips, and wire strippers Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle Basic knowledge of Apple iphone and iPad operating systems

Responsibilities Assist in overseeing HVAC installation and maintenance for multi-family new construction projects. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure proper HVAC system layout. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate HVAC work schedules. Maintain effective communication with team members and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems as needed. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on job sites.

Full-time Expected hours: 40 hour week with potential overtime as needed
