The Front Desk Manager is responsible for supporting the Front Desk, team by ensuring a high level of team and guest satisfaction, maintaining a safe and productive work environment, and promoting Spectrum values.Job Duties:
Supervise the Front Desk team to include scheduling, hiring, training, discipline, etc. Oversee preparation of daily activities/duties of Front Desk. Oversee the completion of checklists; audit checklists for accuracy Ensure guest arrival/departure information is prepared. Assist team with checking guests in/out and other duties as needed Audit daily reports from Front Desk to ensure proper check/cash handling and daily reports are balanced Ensure that calls are answered promptly and courteously. Assist with problem resolution Maintain good communication between departments Perform other duties as assignedRequired Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of Front Desk experience, required Minimum of 1 year of supervisory/management experience, required Must possess excellent written and verbal communication. Must have above average computer skills with Microsoft Office programs knowledge and the ability to learn property-specific systems. Must have excellent team leadership and developmental skills Must be able to encourage a positive attitude in all team members.Physical Requirements:
