Must be able to work nights, holidays, weekends and music events. Schedules are flexible you can work a couple of nights or several. Whether you're mixing cocktails, taking orders, or managing multiple tables, your positive attitude and attention to detail will be key to delivering outstanding hospitality in a lively environment. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Take accurate food and drink orders from guests, providing recommendations and upselling where appropriate to enhance the guest experience. Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Manage cash handling, POS transactions Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, addressing inquiries promptly, and resolving any issues professionally. Assist with food service duties such as delivering orders, refilling beverages, and Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, Familiarity with POS systems Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining quality service. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety. Experience with sales techniques to promote menu items and increase revenue through upselling strategies. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate bill splitting.
