Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation meet brand standards. Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems , processing transactions efficiently with cash handling and cashiering skills. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times. Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management, ensuring prompt service during high-volume periods. Assist in catering events, banquets, or private parties by serving food and beverages while maintaining professionalism. Support team members by collaborating seamlessly in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or restaurants with banquet experience.
