Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Requirements:

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Experience working with children in school-based settings preferred Strong background in behavior intervention planning and implementation Ability to provide services across multiple grade levels PK-12+

Onsite Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans Provide district-wide behavioral consultation and direct support services Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address student behavioral needs Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Support staff with implementation of positive behavior strategies across the district

Interview Process:
