Roscoe Beer Company is a craft brewery rooted in quality, community, and a passion for great beer. We are looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join our team in a hybrid role combining delivery, warehouse operations, and managing a few key accounts.

Position Overview:

This role blends hands-on logistics with relationship-driven sales. You'll be responsible for timely product deliveries, maintaining warehouse organization, and growing and managing off-premise retail accounts (liquor stores, grocery stores, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery & Warehouse Duties:

Safely operate company delivery vehicles to distribute products to accounts Load and unload kegs, cases, and materials (must be able to lift 50+ lbs) Maintain accurate delivery logs and invoices Assist with warehouse organization, inventory management, and order prep Ensure vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs Sales & Account Management (Off-Premise): Manage and grow relationships with retail accounts Conduct regular account visits to maintain product presence and visibility Identify new sales opportunities and onboard new accounts Coordinate promotions, product placements, and merchandising efforts Track performance and meet agreed sales goals

Compensation:

Hourly pay (based on experience) for delivery and warehouse responsibilities Performance-based pay (PFP) tied to sales growth and account management success

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record DOT card Previous delivery, warehouse, or sales experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Familiarity with craft beer is a plus

Schedule:

Full-time; may include early mornings, weekdays, and occasional weekends
