Responsibilities:

Provide support for developmentally disabled individuals with challenging behaviors, to relieve family members from daily living activities. Implement behavior management strategies including responding to physically aggressive behavior, as trained. Engage with the client through activities that they enjoy. Recognize and respond to behavioral patterns to anticipate and prevent triggers for behaviors. Provide crisis intervention with the client's safety in mind. Maintain a positive relationship with the client and family.

Qualifications:
