• Part-time, Full-time This position requires the following: Achieve high levels of customer service Sell the sports & merchandise of cycling, triathlon, and running The ability to proficiently answer questions about technical bike, components, running shoes, clothing, accessories, nutrition & products, OR learn quickly and ask questions to broaden your knowledge re: what you may not yet know Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills Answer incoming calls Proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment Working knowledge of road, tri, & mountain bicycle parts Other duties as assigned

Lead/Management Responsibilities:

Ensure store is opened & closed according to posted hours Respectfully and professionally pursuing all customer sales opportunities with the end goal resulting in profitable sales and satisfied, repeat customers Perform cash register drawer opening & close-outs Promote the store through networking, events, relationships, & the internet Assist in Marketing & Advertising You must have: Excellent written & verbal communication skills Strong customer service skills Excellent computer skills A professional, honest work ethic and follow-through skills Ability to work and thrive in a team environment and retail setting
