About House Bingo LAX House Bingo is a high-energy, community-driven entertainment venue where guests come together for exciting bingo sessions, prizes, and a fun social atmosphere. We are looking for team members who enjoy engaging with people, creating positive experiences, and being part of a lively environment. The Role As a Bingo Associate , you will play a key role in creating a fun, fair, and engaging experience for all guests. This is a dynamic position that combines customer service, game operations, and event support. You'll be interacting directly with players, assisting with gameplay, handling transactions, and occasionally might stepping into the spotlight as a Bingo Caller. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner Answer questions about games, rules, and promotions Create a welcoming, fun, and inclusive atmosphere Sell bingo cards, pull-tabs, and game materials Serve as a Bingo Caller (announce numbers clearly and confidently) Verify winning cards and assist with prize distribution Ensure all games are conducted fairly and according to House Bingo procedures Cash Handling Operate POS system and process transactions accurately Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift Facility & Event Support Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gaming area Assist with setup and breakdown of sessions Support team members during busy periods Requirements Valid Guard Card is required (or ability to obtain prior to starting) Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable speaking in front of groups Basic math and cash-handling skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and professional Evening and weekend availability required What We Offer Competitive pay: $22.00 per hour Fun, energetic work environment Opportunity to grow within a unique entertainment concept Team-oriented culture
