In this vital role, you will manage delinquent accounts, coordinate payment arrangements, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will help recover outstanding balances while maintaining positive client relationships. This position offers an engaging environment for professionals passionate about finance, customer service, and problem-solving. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of collections accounts by monitoring client accounts. Conduct detailed account analysis using CINC Systems accounting software to identify delinquent trends and develop effective collection strategies. Coordinate payment plans and settlement agreements while ensuring adherence to consumer protection laws and financial regulations. Reconcile accounts receivable records, verify account discrepancies, and perform account reconciliation tasks to maintain accurate financial data. Handle confidential information with integrity, ensuring compliance with financial regulatory standards and company policies. Document all client interactions accurately in financial software, maintaining detailed records of collection efforts and outcomes. Skills Proven experience in collections or accounts receivable management. Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills for effective client engagement and negotiation. Ability to analyze financial data, perform account analysis, and interpret debits & credits to support collection efforts. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining professionalism during phone communication. Basic math skills for accurate account reconciliation, account analysis, and understanding of financial concepts related to debt collection.
