The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing billing processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining financial records. This position requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software, as well as excellent customer service abilities to address client inquiries effectively. Responsibilities Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner. Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of billing records. Process journal entries related to billing transactions and adjustments. Collaborate with the corporate accounting team to resolve discrepancies and improve billing processes. Resolve bill errors Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries regarding invoices and payment status. Qualifications Proven experience in billing, accounting, or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of corporate accounting principles and practices. Familiarity with account reconciliation processes and credit analysis techniques. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
