The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing billing processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining financial records. Responsibilities Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner. Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of billing records. Process journal entries related to billing transactions and adjustments. Collaborate with the corporate accounting team to resolve discrepancies and improve billing processes. Resolve bill errors Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries regarding invoices and payment status. Qualifications Proven experience in billing, accounting, or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of corporate accounting principles and practices.
