This is a great opportunity to join an established company with a nice office, a great work environment, and good benefits. They're ideally looking for someone with apparel industry experience, but would also consider candidates with a background in other types of manufacturing. Enter fabric content, fabrication, and care information for each style. Update and maintain existing style records, including style changes. Upload product swatches and style images. Verify the accuracy and completeness of style data against source documents. Product Data Support Create picture line sheets using Adobe Illustrator for the Product Management and Sales teams. Create and maintain customer product line sheets in accordance with each account's requirements. Prepare and distribute selling reports. Support seasonal line setup by entering season codes and delivery windows, and maintain the accuracy of the seasonal line list. Complete retailer item-setup and product attribute templates for key wholesale accounts. Conduct periodic audits of the style database, and archive or flag discontinued styles. Cross-Department Support Notify sales representatives and other departments of all style changes. Collaborate with other departments to ensure product data needs are met. Perform other related duties as assigned.
