AGUILAR FENCE IS LOOKING FOR AN OFFICE ASSISTANT

Aguilar Fence is a small Fence company and we are looking for an office assistant. Every position at Aguilar Fence plays a part in the success of the company; this position in particular will require exceptional customer service skills. Qualified candidates will need to possess a strong work ethic and be self-motivated. We are looking for a part-time assistant (20-35 hours per week) with possibility of becoming full-time. Duties Include, but are not limited to: Ø Answering incoming calls Ø Managing schedule boards Ø Conducting appointment confirmations Ø Calling in USA's Ø Filing and organization Ø General clerical tasks and office duties

Requirements:

Ø Must be clean, courteous, and professional Ø Must have excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette Ø Must be able to effectively work as part of a team Ø Must possess strong organization skills and attention to detail Ø Must be prompt and thorough in execution of assigned tasks Ø Must have reliable transportation Ø Ready to learn and follow direction Ø Regular and timely attendance will be expected

Important Details:

Pay Range:

$20.00 - $25.00 Pay is based upon experience Ø This position is part-time, with potential to grow to full-time Ø Drug testing required Aguilar Fence takes pride in each and every job we complete. From wood fencing, to decorative iron, and many things in-between; we work hard to satisfy our clients fencing needs stretching across the greater-Sacramento area.
